1. Program Name

FillSlots Appointment Notifications — an SMS-based service that notifies waitlisted clients when cancelled appointment slots become available.

2. Program Description

FillSlots helps appointment-based businesses (barbers, salons, trainers, dentists, etc.) fill cancelled slots by sending SMS notifications to their waitlisted clients. When a slot opens up, eligible waitlist members receive a text message and can reply to claim the appointment.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on appointment cancellations. You may receive:

• Slot availability notifications when a cancellation matches your preferences.
• Booking confirmation messages when you claim a slot.
• Notifications that a slot has been filled by another member.
• Opt-in/opt-out confirmation messages.

Typical frequency is 1-5 messages per month, but may vary.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. FillSlots does not charge end users for receiving SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

5. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number and joining a business's waitlist through our platform, you consent to receive SMS appointment notifications from that business via FillSlots. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

6. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from FillSlots. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.

8. Supported Carriers

FillSlots SMS notifications are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Business Account Terms

For business account holders:

• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from individuals before adding them to your waitlist.
• You agree not to use FillSlots for spam, marketing, or any purpose other than appointment notifications.
• SMS usage is subject to the limits of your subscription tier.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business and client information.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
